Affiliate Terms

1. Tracking platform — Everflow

Our affiliate program is operated and tracked through Everflow. Everflow is the single source of truth for clicks, conversions, and payable events. You must use only the tracking links and postback templates issued to you inside your Everflow account. Conversions that cannot be attributed in Everflow are not payable, and traffic sent outside your assigned offer will not be credited.

2. Payout models

• CPA (default): a fixed amount for each qualified, paying student. A conversion qualifies once the first payment clears, the trial-abuse check passes, and the refund window has closed.
• RevShare: a recurring percentage of net subscription revenue for the lifetime of the referred student. Net revenue excludes taxes, payment fees, chargebacks, discounts, and refunds.
• CPC (rare cases only): we pay per click only in exceptional, individually negotiated cases, always in writing, always after a traffic-quality review, and typically with a click cap and a minimum conversion-rate condition. Any CPC arrangement can be paused if quality drops.

Your rate, model, geos, and caps are shown on your Everflow offer. Where the offer and this page differ, the offer terms control for that partner.

3. Attribution rules

• Last-click attribution within a 30-day cookie window, or the window stated on your offer.
• Self-referrals, referrals between your own accounts, and internal traffic are not payable.
• Duplicate or test conversions are removed during monthly validation.

4. Payment terms

• Payouts are validated monthly and paid on net-30 terms after the end of the month in which the conversion qualified.
• Minimum payout threshold: the equivalent of 100 USD. Balances below it roll over.
• We may withhold or claw back payouts for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, or breach of these terms.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and for providing valid invoicing details.

5. Prohibited traffic and promotion methods

• Incentivised sign-ups, cashback, or "complete this offer" placements unless explicitly approved.
• Brand bidding on our name or domain, or any variation of it, on paid search without written permission.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe injection, typosquatting, or adware and toolbar traffic.
• Bot, proxy, datacentre, and generated-account traffic of any kind.
• Fake discount, coupon, or "free course" claims, and fabricated student testimonials or income promises.
• Unsolicited email or SMS, or promotion in a way that breaches applicable marketing law.
• Placement next to adult, hateful, or illegal content.
• Claiming to be LearnEasyAI, or implying employment, accreditation, or partnership beyond "affiliate".

6. Creatives and disclosure

Use only the approved logos and creatives from your Everflow account, without alteration. You must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever required by law, including FTC guidance in the US and equivalent rules elsewhere.

7. Data protection

You act as an independent controller for the data you collect on your own properties, and you must have a lawful basis for any traffic you send. Do not pass personal data to us in tracking parameters. See the Privacy Policy for how affiliate identifiers are handled.

8. Reporting and disputes

Everflow reporting is definitive. Raise any discrepancy within 30 days of the month's close, with logs, to partners@learneasyai.com. We investigate and reply within ten working days.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time with written notice. We may suspend an account immediately and withhold payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud or a serious breach. Approved, qualified conversions earned before termination remain payable.

10. Changes

We may change rates, caps, or these terms with 14 days' notice by email or in Everflow. Conversions already recorded are paid at the rate in force when they occurred.
