Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, when we refund, and how quickly the money reaches you.
Last updated 1 September 2026 · learneasyai.com
1. The 30-day promise
If a plan or course is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of the payment and we refund it in full. We do not interrogate your progress or ask you to justify the request.
2. How to request one
Email support@learneasyai.com from your account address with the invoice number. We confirm within two working days and issue the refund to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
3. Cancelling a subscription
- Cancel any time in your account settings. It takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- You keep access until that date; we do not pro-rate part-months outside the 30-day window.
- Cancelling during a free trial costs nothing and no card is charged.
4. EU and UK withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because courses are digital content delivered immediately, you are asked to confirm at checkout that delivery may begin at once and that the statutory right lapses on first access. Our 30-day promise above is more generous and applies regardless.
5. Exceptions
- Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts, which we treat as abuse.
- Accounts closed for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Bulk or invoiced team licences, which follow the separate agreement signed with the organisation.
6. Certificates after a refund
Refunding a course revokes the related completion record, since the record certifies enrolled study. Existing certificates from other paid courses are unaffected.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback — it is faster and we can usually resolve it the same week. Accounts with an unresolved chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is closed.
