Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and LearnEasyAI when you use learneasyai.com or any of our courses.

1. Who we are

learneasyai.com ("LearnEasyAI", "we", "us") operates an online learning platform for artificial intelligence and machine learning. Our registered company details and contact address are on the Imprint page. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian.
  • You must give accurate registration details, including a working email address and phone number.
  • Your account is personal. Sharing credentials or access links with other people is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email inbox secure, because access links are sent there.

3. Free trial

New students may start a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to begin. If you do not subscribe, access to paid material ends automatically when the trial expires. One trial per person.

4. Subscriptions, pricing and renewals

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices are shown before purchase and may include applicable taxes depending on your country.
  • You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

5. Refunds

Our refund commitments are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

6. Course content licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access course material for your own learning while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, publish, scrape, mirror, or use our material to train a competing model or build a competing course, and you may not remove notices from downloads or lab files.

7. Your content and lab work

You keep ownership of code and work you submit in labs. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it so we can grade it, show it back to you, and support you. We do not publish your work without your permission.

8. Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. In short: no abuse of other students or staff, no attempts to break platform security, no automated bulk downloading, and no use of the platform for unlawful purposes.

9. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, reorganise, or retire individual courses and features. Where a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata refund.

10. Certificates

Completion records confirm that you finished specific labs and assessments on our platform. They are not an accredited academic qualification and we make no promises about employment outcomes.

11. Third parties

We use third-party providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, and affiliate tracking (including Everflow). Their processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost data where we have taken reasonable care.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the trial, charges back payments in bad faith, or puts other students at risk. You may close your account at any time; see the GDPR page for deletion and export.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment as stated on the Imprint page, without affecting consumer protections in your country of residence. We will always try to resolve a complaint informally first — write to support@learneasyai.com.
